Refund Policy

You have the right to exchange or return all products you have bought from www.novmtl.com for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused and packaging intact. As soon as we receive your return, we will process your exchange or refund request. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges. 

How to Return or Exchange

Contact us and state your order number, which product you wish to return and the reason for the return (it helps us to make our products better). Then we will contact you with the proper instructions.

If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any lost packages.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are always welcome. We want you to be happy with your purchase so we’re happy to assist with an exchange within 30 days of purchase if you receive something and they aren’t quite what you were hoping for. 

Defective Replacement

If we sent you an item with a defect such as a snag, tear, or hole we want the chance to send you a replacement that you will love. 

Return for Refund:

If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, we want the chance to make it right. We are happy to accept returns within 30 days from the date of your purchase. If you would like to return your item(s) for a refund, we ask that they be in new condition.
